FAQs
What are the pros and cons of online lecture?
Pro: Online offers students the flexibility to complete the course around their schedule. For those students
who need more time, it allows them to work at their own pace. Con: It is not for everyone. If you are not a
self-motivated, self-starting student, you will fall behind and risk not passing the course.
Since I am taking the lecture online do I have to attend orientation?
Yes, or a representative. You will get vital information about the Web site, log-in information and schedule
your drive time.
How do I sign up for my drive time?
During orientation, students are divided into groups based at physical locations. Students choose a drive time

Yes, you will need to purchase the book. See the Getting Started (link to the Getting Started section) section

No. Just as if you were at a physical location, you must be prepared for class and do the assigned reading
prior to lecture.
When do I have to be logged on?
During the school year, you must be logged on four hours each week. This can be any four hours that fit into
